Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the upcoming live-action web series based on the IDW comic series and inspired by the 2012-2017 animated series. It is filmed in New York City and parts of Toronto, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan.
Premise[]
Emerged from the sewers of New York City, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello are four mutant terrapin brothers in their mid-teens who go on adventures where they end up learning to work together as a team and to combat evil and other perils of Earth and outer space in order to fulfill their destiny to become a team of heroes.

- Leonardo - Leonardo (nickname Leo or Leon) is the noble, sensible and enthusiastic perfectionist who is the leader of the Ninja Turtles. He wears a blue mask with black tips and fights with two ninjato swords in battle.
- Raphael - Raphael (nickname Raph) is the brash, argumentative and aggressive fighter who is the hotheaded muscle of the Ninja Turtles. He wears a red mask with black tips and fights with two sais in battle.
- Michelangelo - Michelangelo (nickname Mikey or Mike) is the energetic, boisterous and free-spirited prankster who is the wild card of the Ninja Turtles. He wears an orange mask with black tips and fights with two nunchucks in battle.
- Donatello - Donatello (nickname Donnie or Don) is the intelligent, autistic and knowledgeable genius who is the brains of the Ninja Turtles. He wears a purple mask with black tips and fights with a metallic bō staff in battle.
Allies[]
- Splinter - Hamato Yoshi is a ninjutsu master and former scientist who was mutated into a humanoid mutant brown rat after he was exposed to the mutagen that merged him with his pet rat. He is the adoptive father and sensei of the Ninja Turtles.
- April O'Neil - April O'Neil is a redheaded tomboyish girl who is the female human friend of the Ninja Turtles.
